Agreement

By accessing or using PakLease you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately. For agency CRM subscriptions, additional plan terms apply at signup.

What PakLease is — and is not

PakLease is a technology platform and property listing marketplace. We provide software services that allow real estate agencies and individual agents to advertise properties to the public. We are not a real estate agent, broker, developer, property dealer, or party to any transaction between a buyer, tenant, seller, or agency.

We do not own, manage, inspect, or control any property listed on this platform. We do not employ or supervise the agencies or agents who list properties. Any transaction, negotiation, payment, or agreement you enter into is solely between you and the relevant agency or individual — PakLease has no role in and accepts no responsibility for the outcome of those dealings.

No verification of agencies or agents

PakLease does not verify, endorse, or vouch for any agency, agent, or individual listed on this platform. Agencies register themselves and list properties on their own behalf. We do not conduct background checks, licence verifications, or financial due diligence on any agency or agent.

Any "verified" or "featured" label on a listing or agency profile reflects only that the agency has completed our registration process — it is not a guarantee of legitimacy, trustworthiness, professional credentials, or regulatory compliance. You must independently verify the credentials of any agency or agent before engaging with them.

Your responsibility — due diligence

Before making any payment, signing any agreement, paying token money, booking amount, or advance, or committing to any property transaction, you are solely responsible for carrying out your own due diligence. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Verifying the ownership documents (e.g. registry, allotment letter, transfer letter) of the property directly with the relevant authority (e.g. DHA, LDA, CDA, KDA, Bahria Town, or relevant society).
  • Confirming the NOC status, possession status, and development status with the relevant regulatory authority.
  • Verifying the identity, CNIC, and credentials of the agent and agency you are dealing with.
  • Confirming that the person claiming to sell or rent the property has legal authority to do so.
  • Consulting a qualified lawyer or property consultant before finalising any transaction.
  • Never paying any amount — token, advance, or otherwise — without verified documentation and legal advice.

PakLease accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or harm arising from your dealings with any agency, agent, seller, landlord, or tenant found through this platform.

Marketplace listings

  • All listings are submitted independently by agencies. PakLease does not create, edit, or validate listing content.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing price, area, location, title, NOC status, possession status, or photographs.
  • Listings may be outdated, incorrect, duplicated, or fraudulent — always verify directly with the agency and relevant authority.
  • PakLease reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice.

No liability for transactions

PakLease is a display and marketing platform only. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction, contract, payment, dispute, or loss arising between users and agencies. If you suffer a financial loss, fraud, or property dispute as a result of dealings with an agency or individual found on PakLease, your recourse is against that agency or individual — not against PakLease.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, PakLease, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform or any transaction conducted through it.

Free tools disclaimer

Tax, mortgage, construction, stamp duty, rent vs buy, and area calculators provide estimates only. Rates change with FBR notifications, provincial rules, and bank policies. Do not rely on tool output for legal filings or final transaction amounts without professional advice.

Agency accounts

  • Agencies must provide accurate business information and only list properties they are authorised to market.
  • Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings and all communications with buyers or tenants.
  • You are responsible for your team's use of CRM, WhatsApp messaging, and compliance with Meta and local telecom rules.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misleading listings, impersonation, non-payment, or any breach of these terms.
  • PakLease is not responsible for any loss of business, leads, or listings resulting from suspension or technical downtime.

Buyer and tenant accounts

Enquiries you send are shared with the listing agency. You must provide truthful contact details. Misuse — including spam, harassment, or false enquiries — may result in your access being permanently revoked. PakLease is not responsible for how agencies respond to or use your enquiry.

Intellectual property

PakLease branding, software, tools, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Agencies retain rights to their listing photos and descriptions but grant us a licence to display them on the marketplace for as long as the listing is active.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
